Safa Dry Fruits & Spices Team trust in fulfilling and pleasing our customers. The products that we sell are undoubtedly the most excellent that customers can obtain at the cost. If the delivered products are damaged and couldn’t be eatable, then send us the pictures as proof on the same day of receiving the product and our team will evaluate and will contact you by Phone/Email for further discussion.

Refund Policy ?

Once our return policy is met, you will be requested to not use the product and keep it in its original condition along with its packing and tags. Once we pick up or get your returned item, we will do a complete quality check at our end. If the returned product passes our quality check, then we will credit the amount (Our Payment Provider charges will be deducted) as cashback/voucher or in your chosen choice. If you want to get a refund, then you will be requested to send us the required and requested details from your registered phone number or email address. The refund amount will be credited to your preferred account in 2-3 business days’ time based on Bank availability.
